This customization enables seamless dialing directly from your Acumatica site. Simply click the 'Call' button beside a phone number to initiate calls through your preferred soft phone application*.

This solution leverages built-in handling of the TEL protocol, requiring no outside integrations. It's ideal for enhancing the productivity of teams managing customer interactions within Acumatica.

*application must handle the TEL protocol and support outbound calling in order to be used; (which softphones support outbound calling and handle the TEL protocol)
